Attorney Daniel Hanley has been practicing law since 1974.  In addition to being an attorney, he is a licensed real estate broker since 1980.  From 1967 to 1974 (with time out for military service [USMC] he has also practiced as an accountant, both in public and private business.

His broad professional background enables him to understand all facts of a legal matter or financial transaction, and lets him forge creative solutions to legal problems.

Real Estate

We are real estate brokers and are licensed to arrange short term financing loans secured by real estate.  We provide private money (sometimes our own controlled funds) for loans, business or for personal reasons.

We loan money in probate cases where beneficiaries have immediate need for money but their inheritance is tied up in court.  We also make loans to estate executors (or trustees) with approval of the estate (or trust) attorneys to meet estate or obligations.

To qualify for a loan you (or the estate) must own real property with sufficient equity to secured a loan secured by deed of trust.  We invite you to contact us.
